Co-Founder
Karen brings over two decades of public service and a deeply personal caregiving journey to Christian Covenant. After caring for her mother-in-law through dementia, she set out to create a faith-based home centered on dignity, family involvement, and spiritual peace.

A U.S. Navy veteran, skilled tradesman, and minister at The Potter's House of Fort Worth, Juan leads with discipline, integrity, and a servant's heart. His mission is to honor his mother's legacy through compassionate, Christ-centered care.
